We have started our flat promoting business in the name of New Tec Builders as a partnership concern in the year 1992 in Villivakkam, Chennai – 49. Subsequently we have started S.R. Constructions as a proprietory concern and we have developed I.K.S. Builders Pvt. Ltd in the year 2001. Mrs. Revathi shetty is the Managing Director of the company. She is running this company with the technical support rendered by her husband I.K. Srinivasa Shetty who is a Diploma Holder in Civil Engineering and her son I.S. Venkataramana Swaroop who is Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering, and also one of the Director of the company
We have constructed more than 200 flats in and around Villivakkam & Kolathur. Every year we are constructing 15 to 25 flats. We are selling our flats through our customers. We are maintaining quality in construction with friendly and human approach. Quality is our Motto.
Now We are constructing & selling super deluxe flats with all amenities to a nominal price to our customers. We are rendering services to middle class people.
We are giving employment opportunities to 200 peoples in a day. Our company participated in exhibitions held by LICHFL & Builders line in the year 2002 & 2003.
We were honored by Tamil Nadu Iyal Isai Mandram in the year 2003 & received the Best Builder Award. Our Managing Director is the award winner of Indira Gandhi priyadharshini award given by National Awareness Forum and presented by Honorable Former Governor’s Mr. Romesh Bhandari and Bhishma Narayan Singh in Theen Muthy Bhavan at New Delhi on the occasion of International Women’s day on Monday 8th March 2004.
Our company has received the best builder award from Bharath Social & Cultural Academy and was presented by the Tamil Nadu Congress Party Leader Mr. G.K. Vasan on 16.11.2004 at Chennai.
